Marie Zizzo is a liar and a seriously disturbed person. She killed the cat she
talking about after having it for a year,living in a travel trailer with 15
other cats, admitting that she knew it was sick for 8 weeks before taking it to
a doctor and then not trying to help her but just destroying her. Then claims
FIP with nothing to back it up. And guess what, this all happened 4 years ago!
FOUR years ago and she is still complaining because she didn't get her way.
She is running a blackmail scam. She says right on her website that she can ruin
anyone around the world. She makes up lies and then wants the breeder to pay her
take them down! This has all been turned into the San Diego County sheriff and a
stalking and harassment case had been filed. Sh has also been turned into the
FBI for blackmail.
She has been kicked out The Cat Fancier's Ass Inc for life this behavior.
She was sued for this libel and slander in court this week. She attempted to to
defraud the court, Lollimops and the Post Office by signing the orange slip for
a registered letter then returning the green cards unsigned! We won $7500.00. So
if you have been wrongly accused, slandered or libeled, take them to court! This
is against the law! Go after them legally, it is empowering!

The fact that she has put out so much misinformation about FIP, and attacked so many innocent catteries, can also make this a fraud case. We have written statements from several research facilities, and vet breeders, stating that FIP does not infect catteries or lines, all cats carry corona and that zizzo's cats living situation was the stressor that caused this cat to go over the edge, if in fact that is what the cat had. No proof has ever been provided. The fact that she is ruining catteries because of her vicious vendetta with LOLLIMOPS and refusing to take responsibility for her own actions, will not help her under criminal investigation. The person we talked to said he would like to send her on an all expense paid vacation to the "GrayBar Hotel", cute little orange jumpsuit included at no extra charge. ( His words, not ours)

Not knowing, I filed the complaint again - and recieved several emails from Ms. Zizzo requesting more and more information (the requests were almost what I consider to be harassing) but I oblidged thinking this woman was working on my behalf to help me obtain my cats papers. Along with requesting information, Ms.Zizzo was repeatedly 'directing' what she wanted from me - requesting I give feedback for her site etc... Although she had not done anything for me yet - I again oblidged as she had stated to me that nothing would be posted on her site if the issue (over my cats registration paper) was resolved by a certain date. I trusted Ms. Zizzo was telling the truth...
The original issue was completely resolved in a very short period of time. I notified Ms. Zizzo of this and requested nothing be posted. Ms. Zizzo emailed me several times taking credit for the resolution. (The issue was resolved long before Ms. Zizzo could have even had time to act on it, and the outcome had absolutely nothing to do with her!)
Looking back - a large part of the original problem was due to my own impatience in wanting my cat's papers. I do not have any problem with the breeder since the issue is resolved and hold them in high regard.
I had repeatedly asked Ms. Zizzo to please take the postings off her site (also due to the fact that she posted it before the time she stated she would wait to see if the issue could be resolved). At the repeated request of myself (and the breeder) she would NOT remove it. (She's actually added more info to her site that she had kept - AFTER the requests where made to remove the postings as they were no longer valid.)
Two weeks after all of the 'pleading' I did to Ms. Zizzo I recieved another email from her (even after I requested she not contact me again) saying that she adding a new 'policy' to her site - that that postings could no longer be removed. She stated if I wanted - I could add more 'comments' to her site... I replied to her email again asking her to remove the postings (as her new policy was not even in effect at the time she put them up - and she wasn't removing anything before any way) I also told Ms.Zizzo I would no longer recieve emails from her...
I feel this is nothing more than a form of blackmail to get 'filler' for what I consider to be a corrupt site. I should have done a web search on Ms. Zizzo and the site before I became involved with her - as from what I've read after the fact, I am far from the only one that has encountered problems with her. I honestly think this deception is the worst I have ever seen.
I feel horrible for my part in 'bad mouthing' the breeder - but even worse for letting Ms. Zizzo become involved and attempt to destroy the reputation of someone.
I will no longer have anything to do with Ms. Zizzo or her site and encourage anyone to check things out before becoming involved with her or her organization.

The public should be aware, that Rosemarie R. Zizzo, having a cattery name of Shar-Dew under which prefix she bred (but for the most part did not register) Siamese, OSH, Persians and Himalayans, has had all her privileges revoked by the Cat Fanciers Association,for two documented cases of animal abandonment, which occurred in May of 2000 and June of 2003.
Ms. Zizzo is the self-proclaimed president of the Cat Breeder's Society, the actual incorporated name of the Pedgiree Cat Breeder's Society.Organization.

She misrepresents herself to the public, as some kind of quasi-official body that can help solve your problems with pedigree cat breeders, when in fact, she has no affiliations with any registering, legal, or other formal body.
The site itself is a fraud, claiming trademark, registered, copyrightand non profit status that it does not have.
Zizzo herself was a breeder of Persians, Himalayans, Siamese and Oriental Shorthairs under the prefix of "Shar-Dew". While she had this cattery, she twice abandoned her purebred cats at a kill shelter in San Jacinto, CA.
The website of the PCBS is maintained solely for the purpose of lying about the breeders listed there, most of whom have crossed Zizzo's path.
In June of 2004, Rosemarie R. Zizzo was suspended for life from the Cat Fanciers Association, for conduct detrimental to the cat fancy, specifically the content of her website, and her continued harassment of the breeders listed there, by reporting them to every agency she can think of,sometimes by impersonating other people, without their permission.
