Deposits are accepted in good faith and are not refundable, NO
exceptions
We believe that the less time one of our babies spends in transit between our
airport and you, the less risk.
We do require that all fees, that is all costs for your little one(s) and
the shipping be paid in full one week prior to the date of shipping (two weeks
if the final payment is made by money order or cashiers check..) This is necessary in order to
make and to pay for the shipping reservations, which in some cases, have to be
made at least five (5) days in advance.
Regarding Deposits: The purpose of a deposit is to insure animal is not sold to
another person. and held for person buying cat or kitten. So don't make a
deposit unless you are sure you want the animal.
Deposits
for holding animals are nonrefundable.
We ship
our kittens starting at 10 1/2 weeks of age. The date shown next to
the baby on their website picture reflects their date of
birth. or age and date when pictures were taken.. It is preferred to
ship on Friday. Pet brokers usually ship numbers of animals Monday
thru Thursday. It is our belief that our babies will receive better
treatment by the airlines on days having less pet traffic.
Presently,
shipping to anywhere in the continental United States costs an
additional $250, depending which airline we are able to
use. This fee includes the cost of shipping, the cost of the
shipping crate($35), the cost of the health certificate ($55-$65)
required in order to ship.
Pet
Air's and those of Continental's flights guarantee that your animal
will be last to load the plane and first off the plane, so there are
no long periods of waiting in the airplane. Also, layover times are
usually shorter than when using regular cargo; 1 hour or less
compared to the required 3 hours for regular cargo. You are
responsible for all shipping costs.
