IN PURCHASING THE ABOVE KITTEN/CAT,
BUYER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS/CONDITIONS:
1-Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility.
2-The buyer accepts full responsibility for this kitten and providing properly for its welfare. The buyer agrees that this kitten will always receive prompt medical care.
3-The buyer will try to provide companionship for this cat and never leave it alone for extended periods of time without human attention. The buyer will provide exercise for this cat and if caging is necessary, it will be kept to a minimum. If this cat is found to be mistreated or neglected, the buyer will return the cat to the breeder immediately without refund of the purchase price.
4-The buyer is not purchasing this kitten/cat for breeding and fully understands the breeder offers no guarantees on future development, health, or show achievements of this kitten/cat because many factors, (such as: grooming, condition and personality), can affect a cat's success in the show hall.
5-If buyer no longer wishes to keep kitten, then buyer must offer seller first refusal to buy back the cat.
6-Above said kitten is being sold as a pet. It will have to be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. Once spayed or neutered the buyer is required to mail the breeder “Nova Cuave” proof from the veterinarian who performed the procedure that said kitten has been neutered. THIS KITTEN IS NOT TO BE USED FOR BREEDING.
7-The buyer can have this cat examined within 48 hours after purchase by a veterinarian of his choice at his expense. (It is recommended the buyer isolate the kitten/cat from other animals until the veterinary inspection has been completed.) If this cat is found by a veterinarian to be in ill health within this 48 hour period, The buyer can immediately notify the breeder and return the animal at his expense. The buyer agrees to accept replacement of the cat with one of equal value when available. The buyer understands that there will be no cash refunds.
8.The breeder will never be responsible for the following conditions that are common to the breed
9- The seller warrants that this kitten is genetically sound to the best of seller's knowledge. The seller will replace kitten if it should die of a genetic defect on or before its 1st birthday and that defect is evidenced in an autopsy report provided to seller from buyer BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN’S necropsy report.
10 -Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with delivery of replacement cat.
11- Breeder agrees to provide:
10a-- CFA transfer -registration paper.
10b-- Health certificate. (Kitten will not be shipped before 12 weeks of age.)
12. By signing this contract, the buyer agrees to all of the above terms. This writing constitutes the final expression of the agreement between the buyer and the breeder, In the event of violating this agreement the damages of $2,000 plus legal fees shall be payable from the buyer to Nova Cuave of Dreamkittens. Any legal disputes of this contract will be held in the courts of the domicile of the breeder in the state of Texas.
